The Customer Experience Makes the Difference
A great customer experience is important to pretty much every business in every industry, still professional services must prioritize it more than ever.
Our customers are usually already feeling the headache of IT troubles or confusion and questions around their system when they first come to us. They also have to take a step of faith to work with a service provider, allowing someone like us to step into their business to help them. We do not take this responsibility lightly!
We care so much about the customer experience that we designate a team member as an Onboarding Specialist to make the process easy for new customers. We have a remote login option for ongoing customers.
Our team members stay close to their phones and computers throughout the day to respond quickly to customers when needed. We also have a page on our site just for asking your IT questions. Even if they may feel random to you, we want to hear them if it helps you understand and makes your experience better!

We recently gave our Customer Resource page a facelift! It used to include fewer things and it was a very plain page, we’ll admit! Now, it offers you all the links and material you could need.

You can see a menu of ALL the ways we can help you. You can leave us your feedback on our work and request specific services. Is there anything else you’d like to see our our Customer Resource page.

We also created a digital intro booklet to all things Axiom. We have a lot to say about our work and our team. You can see that in there. We describe our process because that can be a hurdle to someone beginning to work with a service provider. Confuse you lose, that’s another thing people say! We want to make what we do and how we do it as clear as possible.
