Field Engineer

Biography:

Donavan has 7 years of direct experience in IT working with customers from both in-person and help desk roles. His most recent experience was performing complex IT migrations for a large healthcare company. In addition, Donavan has a strong background in project management and experience with VOIP systems and architecture.

He plans to specialize in Windows Server Management and Office 365 Migrations. Personally, he loves to cook and try the new recipes he makes. His favorite experience at Axiom was surprising the boss, Matt, on Employer Appreciation Day.

Education: He is working on an Associates in Applied Science from Elizabethtown Community and Technical College.

Technical Skills: Microsoft Windows XP – 10, Microsoft Server 2008 – 2019, Networking, Active Directory, Mobile Device Management, Office 365, and Microsoft Office 2007 – 2019.

Certifications: 3CX Basic Certified Engineer V15 Certification
